We are the Junior League of Lee County

The Junior League of Lee County is an organization of women committed to promoting voluntarism, developing the potential of women and improving the community through the effective action and leadership of trained volunteers. Our members welcome all women who value the mission of JLLC to join us. We are committed to inclusive environments of diverse individuals, organizations, and communities.

Strength in Numbers

Above all else, our goal is to promote and perpetuate social change in the Lee County community. By empowering our members and equipping women with valuable community-based education and leadership training, we are giving local women the tools to positively impact Lee County. We are one of over 140 Junior Leagues in the world and are members of the Association of Junior Leagues International, Inc. (AJLI). Established in 1998, JLLC plays an integral part in the development, improvement, and support of Lee County, Alabama. Recognizing our connection to AJLI, we connect with women across the globe to support our learning and growth as civic and community leaders.
