We are the Junior League of Lee County

JLLC is an organization of women committed to promoting voluntarism, developing the potential of women, and improving the community through the effective action and leadership of trained volunteers.

Our members welcome all women who value the mission of JLLC to join us. We are committed to inclusive environments of diverse individuals, organizations, and communities. Above all else, our goal is to promote social change. By equipping members with community-based education and leadership training, we are giving local women the tools to positively impact Lee County.

Strength in Numbers

Established in 1998, the local chapter of JLLC is one of over 140 Junior Leagues in the world and are members of the Association of Junior Leagues International, Inc. (AJLI). We are in contact with women across the globe to support our own learning and growth as civic and community leaders.
